PROPOZICIJE O PRIJAVI I SUDJELOVANJU NA NATJECANJU /
REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

1. Veslački klub Jadran Rijeka u suradnji sa Hrvatskim veslačkim savezom organizira
OTVORENO PRVENSTVO HRVATSKE na ergometrima. Partner u organizaciji natjecanja
je Veslački savez Zagreba. /
Rowing club Jadran Rijeka, in cooperation with the Croatian Rowing Federation, is
organizing the OPEN CROATIAN ROWING INNDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS.
Partner in organisation is Zagreb Rowing Federation.

2. Rok za prijavu za natjecanje je najkasnije do 24:00 sati u ponedjeljak 17.03.2025.
Prijave za natjecatelje u sustavu HVS-a (veslački klubovi) moraju biti dostavljene
putem FURKISPORT sustava https://hvs-regis.furkisport.com ili vkjadranri@gmail.com
Naknadne prijave se neće uzeti u obzir. /
Deadline for entries is no later than 24:00 on Monday, 17.03.2025. Applications
for can be submitted via FURKISPORT application https://hvs-regis.furkisport.com
or vkjadranri@gmail.com. Subsequent applications will not be taken into account.

3. Ako se za pojedinu kategoriju prijavi manje od tri natjecatelja, ta utrka se neće
održati. / Races with less than three entries will not be held.

4. Satnica je podložna promjeni sukladno prijavljenom broju natjecatelja. /
Schedule is subject to change according to the registered number of competitors.

5. Svi sudionici u natjecanju moraju imati vrijedeći liječnički pregled i osiguranje.
Svi sudionici u natjecanju sudjeluju o vlastitom riziku. Organizator ne snosi nikakvu
odgovornost za bilo kakav gubitak, štetu, ozljedu ili nezgodu nastalu iz bilo kojeg
razloga. /
All participants in the competition must have a valid medical certificate and
insurance. All participants in the competition participate at their own risk. The
organizer bears no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or accident caused for
any reason.

6. Svi natjecatelji su dužni nastupiti u jednoobraznoj klupskoj sportskoj opremi. /
All competitors are required to compete in uniform club sports equipment.

7. Troškove sudjelovanja na natjecanju snose klubovi/natjecatelji sami. Naknada
za nastup po natjecatelju iznosi 5,00 €. /
The costs of participating in the competition are borne by the clubs/competitors
themselves. The participation fee per competitor is €5.00.

8. Organizator osigurava medalje i prigodne nagrade za prvo, drugo, treće i četvrto
mjesto. Proglašenje pobjednika održat će se nakon svake trke. /
The organizer provides medals and special prizes for first, second, third and fourth
place. The winner will be announced after each race.

9. Natjecanje se održava na fiksnim ergometrima – Concept II ModelD s PM5 monitorom/
The competition is held on fixed ergometers – Concept II ModelD with PM5 monitor.

10. Kategorije veterana su sukladne pravilima Međunarodne veslačke federacije –
World Rowing / Veteran categories are in accordance with the rules of the International
Rowing Federation – World Rowing.

11. Seniori-ke dijele se u tri (3) kategorije: Seniori-ke A (2002. i stariji), Seniori-ke B
(2006. – 2003.), Laki-e veslači-ce: Dozvoljena težina za lake seniore je 72,5kg
; Dozvoljena težina za lake seniorke je 59,5kg. Laki juniori su 67,5kg, juniorke 57,5 kg.
/ Seniors are divided into three (3) categories: Seniors A (2002. and older), Seniors B
(2006. – 2003.), Lightweight rowers: Allowed weight for lightweight male seniors is
72,5 kg; Allowed weight for lightweight female seniors is 59,5 kg. Lightweight junior
male are 67,5 kg, and female 57,5 kg.

12. Kotizacija za veterane / građane / studente iznosi 10,00 € po natjecatelju. Ukoliko
natjecatelj vesla dvije trke (redovnu + štafetu), za drugu plaća 6€ kotizacije. Uplatu
je potrebno izvršiti na račun VK Jadrana, najkasnije do ponedjeljak 17.03.2025.
u 24:00 sati, uplate na dan natjecanja nisu moguće. / The registration fee for veterans /
citizens / students is €10.00 per competitor. If a competitor rows two races (regular +
relay), he/she pays €6 for the second race. Payment must be made to the account of
VK Jadran, no later than Monday 17.03.2025. at 24:00, payments on the day of the c
ompetition are not possible.

14. U utrci štafeta ekipe mogu biti mješovite, mogu biti različitih dobnih kategorija.
Utrka štafeta se vesla na jednom ergometru po ekipi, startajući od 2000 m.
Prva izmjena vrši se između 450 i 550 preveslanih metara, druga izmjena vrši se
između 950 i 1050 preveslanih metara, dok se treća izmjena vrši između 1450 i 1550
preveslanih metara. Nepoštivanje izmjena povlači za sobom automatsku
diskvalifikaciju ekipe. /
In the relay race, teams can be mixed, they can be of different age categories.
The relay race is rowed on one ergometer per team, starting from 2000 m.
The first change is made between 450 and 550 meters rowed, the second change is
made between 950 and 1050 meters rowed, while the third change is made between
1450 and 1550 meters rowed. Failure to comply with the changes will result in the
team’s automatic disqualification.

15. Svi natjecatelji prijavom potvrđuju suglasnost s foto dokumentacijom natjecanja
i video prijenosom putem društvenih mreža i drugih online platformi. /
All competitors confirm their agreement with the photo documentation of the
competition and video transmission via social networks and other online platforms
by registering.

16. Studenti prije nastupa trebaju predočiti važeću studentsku iskaznicu ili na neki
drugi način dokazati svoj studentski status. /
Students must present a valid student ID card or otherwise prove their student
status before race.

17. Prijave za štafete/građane/studente se rade na email vkjadranri@gmail.com.
Rok za dostavu prijava je kao i za sve ostale prijave – do 24:00 sati u ponedjeljak
17.03.2025. / Entries for relays/citizens/students are made by email
vkjadranri@gmail.com. The deadline for submitting applications is the same as for all
other entries – until 24:00 on Monday 17.03.2025.
